At The Jisa Fit, we value our customers and strive to build a lasting relationship by offering a No-Questions-Asked 3-Day Return & Refund Policy for most products.

Easy Returns – Simple & Transparent
We offer a straightforward 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return request through +91 9687036165 within 3 days.
Please note: Returns will not be accepted beyond the 3-day window for any reason. Refunds are applicable only for returned items.

 Important Sale Update
 
• Buy 2 Get 1 Free Sale: Exchange only with same products, no returns are not allowed.
• Exchanges are permitted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• To request an exchange, customers must share clear photos along with an uncut opening video of the package.
• All exchange requests must be raised within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Please review your order carefully before placing it.


• How to Place a Return Request


It takes 4 quick steps to return a product:
Step 1: WhatsApp +91 9687036165 or email us at thejisafit@gmail.com and raise request for returning/exchanging.
Step 2: Upload Opening Video(Compulsory) and Other Related Images & Reason for Refund and Exchange.
Step 3: Make sure to write in the relevant details like Order Number and Reason For Return.
Step 4: In the event that you wish to return a product, we charge a Reverse Shipment fee of ₹250/Piece will be charged.
Step 5: We receive product then after 48 hour we provide Refund to you.


Refund Policy
We process refunds only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check.
Prepaid Orders
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-4 business days after the product passes our quality check.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
• You will receive a refund link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp within 4-5 business days after the quality check.
• Follow these steps to claim your refund:
1. Click on the link received.
2. Verify your identity using an OTP.
3. Enter your bank account details or UPI ID.
4. Submit the details to process the refund.
5. Refunds will be credited within 24 hours of adding your details.

Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be canceled only within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
• For prepaid orders, refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account from the cancellation date.




Color & Description Disclaimer
• We strive to display colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography conditions, and screen settings.
• Product details such as weight, work details, and size may vary slightly. Customers should consider these minor differences when making a purchase.
